Terms of use
These terms govern the OnePad service. They set out what OnePad does with a token's creator fees, what it does not do, and what is expected of anyone who launches a token through it.

1 The service
OnePad combines token creation and creator-fee tools across supported launchpads. Launch options cover Solana, BNB Chain, Robinhood and Arc, with Zcash payment and stamp routes. Creator fees are claimed by the OnePad treasury and allocated to the selected recipient, collectible or reward route.
Token creation uses the selected launchpad. Some routes are signed by your connected wallet; others are created by the OnePad treasury after launch funding is received. OnePad does not run the underlying trading markets or provide financial, investment, legal or tax advice. It never asks for your wallet's private key or seed phrase.
3 If a token names you
You are not a party to these terms. A token can name any X account without that account's knowledge. Receiving a payment does not create a relationship between you and OnePad. If you do not wish to receive payments, that is controlled in X Money.
4 If you launch a token
You are responsible for the token you deploy, including its name, ticker, artwork, description and lawfulness. Directing creator fees to OnePad does not make OnePad the token's issuer or sponsor. You must not name an account to imply an endorsement that does not exist.
5 Payments and the split
Every claim divides 80% to the recipient and 20% as the protocol cut. The selected route determines delivery: X Money, supported social-platform gifts or bookings, collectible purchases, token rewards, token payouts, or ZEC payments. Each route depends on its provider and recipient eligibility. X Money is operated by X, not OnePad. OnePad does not withhold tax and does not give tax advice.
6 Held balances
Where a recipient cannot yet receive a payment, their share is held. A balance that remains unpayable for 7 days is recycled into the OnePad treasury.
7 Acceptable use
You must not use OnePad to impersonate anyone, harass or defame, launder money, evade sanctions, circumvent eligibility rules, scrape or interfere with the site, or misrepresent OnePad's role.
8–13 Other terms
The service is offered as available. The OnePad name and site design belong to OnePad. The service is provided as-is, without warranties. Liability is limited to the protocol cut actually retained on the relevant token in the prior twelve months. Deployers indemnify OnePad. Terms may change.
